Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will give you total authority over your email accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect email messages from one e-mailbox account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your mailbox accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email accounts against spam mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mails on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your email accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply choose the mailbox you want to forward mails from, then specify the destination mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your email mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
